John and Adam have been lifesavers in many situations. My computer has been repaired a few times by them over the years. I was completely amazed when they were able to get my hard drive running and my pictures and documents back after I was convinced they were lost forever. I am very pleased with the quality of service John and Adam have given me. No question is a dumb question with them.

John and Adam have both helped me tremendously with my computer "screw-ups"! When I thought everything I had loaded on my computer was gone, John found out what I had done wrong within five minutes. He also was able to fix my computer remotely. Adam came to our home several times and fixed things for us and explained the process. I would never ask for advice from anyone but the two of them; they don't work for Best Buy and they are just like you and me - plus they will charge a lot less!
